Please allow 2-6 days for processing and shipping depending on your area of delivery. We do ship international, please contact us at connect@uniqueclosetboutique.com before placing order to ensure proper shipping guidelines.
Please note, Unique Closet Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers ,especially during high volume seasons.
We do not ship on Sundays, or holidays. Our office will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, will be dispatched the following business day.
Unique Closet Boutique IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.
Refund Policy
Returns
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund…. exchange ONLY!!
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (free from perfume, smoke, makeup etc). It must also be in the original packaging and tags attached.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will NOT be refunded.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@uniqueclosetboutique.com, specify item and size to exchange.
